The responsibility of each housing authority is to provide high-quality housing and ensure a safe environment for all citizens. It should also apply to areas where most citizens are particularly vulnerable categories of people, low-income families, and disabled people. In general, the task of each house owner is to ensure their own safety by installing some safety devices, such as smart doorbells or a Blink camera system. The advantage of Blink is its affordability and ease of use. People who don’t need any advanced options may purchase Blink, install and use.
